Step-by-Step Instructions (Chrome)
Chrome is the recommended browser. The process takes about 30 seconds.
Open Chrome
Open Google Chrome on your Android device. This is the default browser on most Android phones and gives the best experience.
Go to QuoteDrop
Navigate to the QuoteDrop website by typing the URL into Chrome’s address bar, or tap a QuoteDrop link you’ve been sent.
Tap the Menu Button
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Tap "Add to Home screen"
In the dropdown menu, look for Add to Home screen or Install app. On some devices you may see "Install QuoteDrop" — this is even better, tap that instead.
Confirm & Install
A dialog will appear with the QuoteDrop name and icon. Tap Add or Install to confirm. The QuoteDrop icon will now appear on your Home Screen.
You're all set! From now on, just tap the QuoteDrop icon on your Home Screen to open the app. You'll stay logged in between sessions.
Tip: Some Android devices will show an “Install” or “Add QuoteDrop to Home screen” banner automatically at the bottom of the page. If you see it, just tap it — it's the fastest way to install.
Using Samsung Internet Instead?
- Open Samsung Internet and go to the QuoteDrop URL.
- Tap the three-line menu at the bottom-right.
- Tap Add page to → Home screen.
